He went on to expand his expertise in new home construction sales with Lennar Homes, the nation’s largest homebuilder, gaining invaluable knowledge of development, design, and buyer needs. During the financial crisis, Alex further distinguished himself by managing and selling REO (bank-owned) properties for major financial institutions such as Wells Fargo, IndyMac, and U.S. Bank. This experience sharpened his negotiation skills and market insight.
